Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Marvelous Luxury Hair Extensions. Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, hair must be unused, unworn and unaltered, with all original packaging intact. Once hair has been installed, worn, washed, colored, toned, cut, or altered in any way, it is considered final sale.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us before installing or altering the hair so we can make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a Marvelous error or approved defect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Final sale, clearance, custom, and special-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
